Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering a therapeutic alliance while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) credential is mandatory to practice independently.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting post-graduation is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually.
