This role is designed for remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mental health needs, histories, and goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress towards set therapeutic goals in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support, including referrals to additional services as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) credential in the state of Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Guide Light Health & Wellness offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
