This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through a secure telehealth platform. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest technology to ensure efficient virtual counseling sessions. The flexible schedule aids in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, as well as couples and family therapy, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals, offering support and motivation throughout their treatment process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Our clients often face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a relevant mental health field is required.

• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n
