Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized instruments and clinical interviews.

• Partner with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, challenges, and preferences, integrating their feedback into therapeutic strategies.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Provide ongoing education and support to both clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment pathways, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Monitor client progress rigorously throughout their treatment, adjusting intervention plans as needed, and ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to the client’s mental healthcare.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance patient care and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institute.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
