Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand the specific needs and goals of each individual seeking recovery from substance use disorders.

• Delivering high-quality individual counseling sessions, drawing from methodologies such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to facilitate growth and resilience.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and treatment.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in substance use disorder treatment, familiarity with telehealth platforms, or clinical experience with diverse populations will stand out. Compensation and Benefits\n
