This position is entirely remote, providing you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life effectively. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a structured yet adaptable work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Delivering virtual mental health therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs through telehealth platforms.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' mental health history and presenting issues.
\n
• Facilitating individual and group therapy to promote healing and support personal growth.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring immediate and effective support to clients in distress.
\n
• Creating detailed treatment plans aimed at achieving positive client outcomes, incorporating various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Engaging with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment strategies and improve the overall quality of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will significantly contribute to their journey toward recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active Washington State licensure (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to practice as a mental health therapist.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in treatment planning, and a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships remotely.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for client engagement and therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, we prefer candidates who have:
