This full-time position is based remotely, serving clients from our outpatient office located in Lacey, Washington. Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work environment, allowing you to manage your schedule while ensuring dedicated support to our clients. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of evening shifts to accommodate our patients' needs. You will be equipped with the tools necessary to engage with clients virtually, using secure digital platforms for therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs, challenges, and treatment goals of clients seeking help for substance use disorders.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's situation.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Lead group therapy sessions that offer a safe space for clients to share experiences, learn from each other, and build communal support during their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and social workers to ensure seamless and integrated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during substance-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely assistance.

• Educate clients and their families about the nature of addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality care and documentation.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are individuals facing the complexities of substance use disorders, including challenges related to addiction recovery, co-occurring mental health issues, and the psychosocial impacts of addiction. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, addressing their unique needs and working towards sustainable recovery outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is essential.

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities specific to addiction recovery.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, supplemented with additional bonuses based on performance. New hires will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
