Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, considering each patient's unique medical and psychological history to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Design and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical conditions, ensuring cohesive care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote patient growth and healing.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and medical providers to ensure coordinated care, enhancing treatment outcomes for our patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong clinical judgment.

• Educate patients and families about the interplay between mental health and physical well-being, empowering them to manage their conditions effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and care planning sessions to continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse patient population, including individuals with co-occurring disorders and chronic health issues. You'll be instrumental in delivering care to adults and families facing challenges like substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and stress management. Understanding the complexities of their situations will allow you to offer compassionate support tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• At least 1 year of experience in a mental health setting addressing the needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with patients effectively.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies.

• Strong ethical framework, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality in all patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
