Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and convenience while prioritizing client care. Our outpatient office setting provides an opportunity for therapists to collaborate with other mental health professionals and engage in team-based discussions, bringing forth a culture of support and sharing knowledge. We promote a healthy work-life balance with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new clients, enabling you to identify their unique needs and craft personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in one-on-one sessions with individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support group sessions aimed at fostering community, addressing shared mental health concerns and promoting skills development.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other members of the clinic to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, helping clients navigate mental health emergencies effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health diagnoses, available treatment options, and community resources to facilitate recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to best practices.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and developments to continually improve your therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to various demographics.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Strong ethical standards and sound judgment in professional settings.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and computer applications necessary for documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
