This full-time remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, contributing to our outpatient psychiatric office's mission of providing exceptional mental health services. With a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Work Environment\n

This role operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while adhering to a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy—when delivering care to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that empower clients to address their mental health concerns collectively.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and offer support during mental health emergencies, employing sound judgment and ethical guidelines.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources to foster their understanding and engagement in the healing process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to stay current with field advancements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders, as well as strong competencies in evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring efficient and accurate patient documentation.
