Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide expert diagnosis, management, and treatment for clients facing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Engage in comprehensive diagnostic assessments to create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Monitor clients' progress through structured follow-up sessions, employing data-driven evaluations to tailor treatment accordingly.

• Demonstrate flexibility in clinical methodology, adapting your approach as per individual client preferences and needs.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Utilize designated Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and remote communication technologies proficiently.

• Engage in crisis management, offering timely interventions when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with an inclusive patient demographic that encompasses individuals coping with a range of mental health disorders including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), grief, and trauma. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust, paving the way for effective therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active social work licensure is mandatory, specifically LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW as per state regulations.
