Braver Perspective, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting individuals dealing with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health issues. As part of our mental health team, you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide evidence-based therapies through both virtual consultations and in-person sessions at our community health clinic.

Minimal paperwork and a full caseload ensure that your time can be dedicated primarily to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis management and ongoing support to clients experiencing a wide variety of mental health challenges.

• Utilize strong diagnostic and clinical skills to assess and diagnose clients, crafting tailored treatment plans.

• Employ various evidence-based psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress using data-driven approaches to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
\n
• Maintain client records utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and remote communication technology to facilitate efficient workflows.
\n
• Provide compassionate, empathetic support while adapting clinical approaches to align with patient preferences.
\n
• Engage in regular follow-up treatment sessions, including weekly or biweekly check-ins that focus on behavioral modification and progress evaluation.

• Collaborate with case management to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will involve working with individuals suffering from mild to moderate mental health disorders, such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma responses, and grief. By employing a client-centered approach, you will assess each individual's unique circumstances and tailor therapy accordingly, ensuring the most effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related disciplines is essential.

• Must possess a valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• Expertise in a range of psychotherapy modalities and a strong understanding of mental health disorders and diagnostic criteria.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently, utilizing sound judgment and clinical knowledge to deliver comprehensive patient care.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, validated by a third-party background check.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year. In addition to a generous salary, employees will enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
