Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of each client’s mental health status, identifying risk factors and prioritizing treatment goals.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized therapy plans that utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to their specific mental health challenges.

• Implement both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a culturally responsive approach to foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.

• Regularly monitor client progress to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring alignment with therapeutic goals and efficacy.

• Provide clients with coping strategies, resources, and referrals to additional healthcare providers when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EHR systems, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse populations facing a variety of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Understanding and respecting cultural backgrounds, you will strive to create a safe space where clients feel valued and understood, encouraging their active participation in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of two years of professional experience as a mental health therapist, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, accompanied by a potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
