Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, gathering comprehensive information to identify clients' needs and strengths.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate engaging and informative psychoeducational workshops and support groups that help clients understand mental health issues and promote community among participants.

• Collaborate with your multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic, effective treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources during behavioral health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to support their recovery journey.

• Ensure meticulous and confidential record-keeping of all patient interactions to meet legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to enhance your skills and stay current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges. The outpatient nature of our practice allows for long-term relationships with clients, enabling you to witness the transformative effects of treatment as they progress toward their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or as a licensed Psychologist in Washington State.

• Robust understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic frameworks to effectively address client needs.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating actionable treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationships and collaborate with team members.
\n
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and related technology to document patient care effectively.

• A strong ethical foundation and the ability to maintain professional boundaries in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing individual and group therapy services to clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, preferably in a remote capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
