Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing solution-focused techniques and evidence-based practices to produce personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective methodologies to facilitate client healing and progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of clinical interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining the privacy of our clients.

• Actively collaborate with the treatment team, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic outcomes and share insights on effective treatment strategies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community, fostering an understanding that empowers them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LCSW-R, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
