Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through detailed interviews and diagnostic evaluations.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that address individual client issues, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Washington State.
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and the ability to implement culturally competent practices.

• Exceptional skills in crisis intervention, with the ability to maintain composure during challenging situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse clients and build therapeutic rapport.

Compensation and Benefits\n
