Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs and treatment goals of patients seeking help for substance use disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with patients suffering from a range of substance use disorders, including alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. Many of these individuals are in various stages of recovery and present with co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Building rapport and a culturally competent therapeutic alliance will be key to facilitating their healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
