Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs, strengths, and aspirations of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Provide one-on-one counseling utilizing motivational interviewing techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches to empower clients in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults struggling with various substance use disorders, including alcohol, opiates, stimulants, and methamphetamines. Our diverse clientele may also present co-occurring mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, or trauma-related disorders. As such, this position requires a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction and the psychological aspects influencing recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorder treatment modalities and recovery-oriented care principles is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with a diverse patient population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Rehab offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
