Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and programs.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate comprehensive client support.

• Establish enduring relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to advance program visibility and secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in continual professional development through conferences, courses, and community representation, enhancing expertise in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will serve a diverse client population within Kennewick, Washington, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma. Clients will range from young children to adults, each requiring individualized care and treatment interventions. The counselor will focus on establishing a therapeutic alliance, ensuring trust and open communication that fosters effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• An independent LMHC license is required to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
