This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our collaborative team. Working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you'll have a predictable schedule that promotes a work-life balance conducive to your well-being and effectiveness as a counselor.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status during initial meetings.

• Develop tailored therapy plans based on clients' diagnosed conditions, therapy goals, and personal histories.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and practical coping strategies.

• Monitor and document clients' progress within our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to substance abuse and eating disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and various other mental health challenges. Your ability to understand and address each client's unique background will be crucial in providing effective, culturally responsive care. We encourage the use of inclusive therapeutic approaches to foster better engagement and outcomes for clients from diverse populations.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• At least two years of supervisory-level clinical experience, demonstrating familiarity with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
