Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to design individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, including potential family, marriage, and group counseling, based on your area of specialty and client requirements.

• Administer mental health screenings to identify treatment needs, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing care delivery.

• Engage in regular consultation with team members to provide comprehensive care and make informed decisions regarding treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Heartfelt Healing Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Our patient-centered approach encourages you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that promote healing and restoration. You will also address co-occurring disorders, implementing integrative strategies to support both mental health and substance use treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Social Work with appropriate licensing: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Active and valid license to practice in Washington state as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong familiarity with various therapy modalities and interventions relevant to individual and family counseling.
\n
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience working in mental health, particularly with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience with co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, and substance use treatment is highly desirable.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient documentation and scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
