Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Regularly collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including other mental health professionals and medical providers, to ensure holistic care for clients through case conferences and treatment updates.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and interventions in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices, and innovative therapies in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, presenting various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client will be essential in providing effective, culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent is necessary to practice.

• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with a variety of populations and address a diverse range of mental health issues.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring empathy and understanding while maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, contingent upon your qualifications and caseload.
