This position offers the flexibility of a remote work arrangement, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining a manageable work-life balance. Our community health clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing structured hours with some flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote optimal mental health outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective individual, couples, and family therapy.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, helping patients navigate common mental health issues in a communal setting.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care tracking each patient's progress and addressing needs as they arise.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to stabilize patients and provide direction for further care.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health conditions, therapeutic strategies, and the resources available within the community to support their journey toward wellness.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights to enhance treatment approaches and foster the professional growth of the team.

• Stay current with the latest research and developments in mental health therapy, incorporating new knowledge into practice to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse array of patients struggling with various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Your clinical skills will be vital in addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals and families in the Pasco area.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; however, candidates holding a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution are preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of a range of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment practices.
\n
• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
\n
• Strong judgment and a commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
\n
• Comfortable with technology, including proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

While we value all relevant experience, candidates with a background in outpatient therapeutic settings or those who have worked with various demographic populations will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth systems and online therapeutic interventions is also advantageous, given our emphasis on remote care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
