Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and objectives. For example, utilizing standardized assessment tools to evaluate clients’ emotional states and establish baselines for treatment.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions to effectively address a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, ensuring sessions are client-centered.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide well-rounded care, leveraging each expert's insights to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in conjunction with ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to manage client notes and treatment progress efficiently.

Qualifications\n
