Work Environment\n

This role is completely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while effectively delivering mental health services. You will be equipped with state-of-the-art telehealth technology to conduct your sessions, assessments, and documentation. The work schedule consists of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM pacific time, providing you with regular hours that promote both a work-life balance and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting therapy sessions and assessments primarily through telehealth, utilizing secure video conferencing tools.

• Performing comprehensive intake evaluations, identifying client needs, and developing personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Implementing therapeutic interventions and strategies based on evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely client documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Providing mental health support, including crisis intervention, referrals to additional resources, and follow-up care as necessary.

• Engaging in continuous professional development, participating in supervision sessions, and staying updated on new therapeutic methodologies and technologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in helping clients gain insight into their emotional well-being, build coping strategies, and develop resilience in their everyday lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• Proven skills in assessing mental health needs and formulating effective therapy plans.

• Proficiency in telehealth technology and virtual therapeutic modalities.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a mental health counselor, preferably in outpatient or teletherapy settings.

• Experience working with a variety of diagnostic categories and treatment approaches.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
