Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring all services align with their unique needs.

• Provide ongoing consultation and support in the creation of pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, behavioral guidelines, and more.

• Document clinical interactions and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and effectiveness of treatment interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the standards of care we uphold at Great Lakes Psychotherapy Services.

• Establish and maintain effective communication with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to foster productive relationships.

• Engage in professional development activities, attend workshops, and represent the organization in statewide forums and meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position includes a competitive annual salary between $86,000 and $103,000, complemented by productivity bonuses, a generous hire-on bonus, and various health benefits.
