Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs of patients and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health concerns, fostering a sense of community and belonging among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic patient care.

• Respond to mental health crises with appropriate intervention strategies, ensuring patient safety and support during emergency situations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The services you provide will focus on a diverse range of clients, including those facing issues related to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and addiction. Understanding the unique challenges that various demographics face, you will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of each patient, promoting recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; higher qualifications (Master's or Doctoral Degree) are preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or licensed psychologist in the State of Washington is mandatory.

• Knowledge and application of diverse mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic strategies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health evaluations and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Solid experience in providing individual and group therapy across a spectrum of patient demographics.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, promoting a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Strong ethical judgment and adherence to professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
