Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of patients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention to patients dealing with a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups that promote peer support, skill development, and personal insight on topics critical to mental wellness.

• Work closely with other healthcare providers, case managers, and community organizations to ensure an integrated approach to care for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license, qualifying as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. A master's or doctoral degree is preferred, reflecting a commitment to advanced professional development.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices, as well as brief therapy models, particularly within virtual or telehealth settings.

• A strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams, exemplifying empathy, patience, and active listening skills.

• Experience in managing a varied caseload and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
