Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals struggling with various substance use disorders who are seeking recovery and support. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is mandatory; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution is highly preferred.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington is required.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
