Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Serene Reflections, you will work primarily with adult clients who may be dealing with a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys, providing the support they need to foster resilience and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
