Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor and document client progress through regular assessments and therapeutic interventions in digital records systems, ensuring all care plans are up to date.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and community health workers to coordinate comprehensive care plans that facilitate continuity of care for higher-needs clients.

• Provide psychoeducation and emotional support to family members and caregivers, guiding them on how to incorporate therapeutic strategies at home.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington State is essential to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, accompanied by a robust benefits package.
