Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet client needs.

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering client progress and growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment interventions, to support continuity of care.

• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and methods in mental health counseling to enhance service delivery and client engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current active licensure in Washington State as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, etc.).

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing mental health services to diverse populations, showcasing cultural competence and sensitivity.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of direct experience working in mental health therapy settings, preferably in a telehealth environment.

• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
