Regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allow for consistent scheduling, enabling closer relationships with our client base.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to understand patients’ mental health needs, followed by developing individualized treatment plans that are data-driven and solution-focused.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards, including strict adherence to HIPAA requirements.

• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists and psychologists during case consultations to ensure comprehensive treatment and proper follow-through with each patient.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment pathways, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the care process.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and peer review meetings to refine therapeutic skills and stay current with emerging mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• An active and unrestricted license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
