Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct individual counseling and therapy sessions with clients, applying a range of therapeutic modalities and techniques based on their unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments that inform the development of tailored treatment plans, aligning therapeutic goals with client aspirations.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, including clinical notes and progress updates, consistent with the organization’s policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, physicians, and support staff to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, facilitating immediate resources and referrals as needed.

• Engage with family members and support systems to enhance treatment efficacy and develop robust discharge and follow-up plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or a comparable credential recognized by the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in client management and therapeutic interventions.
