Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis management intervention for clients in acute distress.

• Utilize strong diagnostic and clinical skills to assess client needs and tailor treatment accordingly.

• Employ an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for efficient documentation and case management.
\n
• Maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach toward all clients, ensuring a non-judgmental environment.

• Function as a licensed therapist to diagnose and manage client care.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, counseling sessions, and apply various psychotherapy modalities in your practice.

• Monitor client progress using data-driven methodologies to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Work autonomously, applying professional judgment to deliver effective therapeutic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma responses, and grief. We emphasize a personalized treatment approach, tailoring therapeutic interventions to align with each client's unique preferences and response to treatment. Our therapists are encouraged to employ a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a similar field is required.

• A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as per state regulations is mandatory.

• Proven experience and familiarity with a wide array of psychotherapy modalities to address various mental health conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate rapport with clients and communication with colleagues.

• A history free from Medical Malpractice Claims, as verified by a third party.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
