Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals seeking mental health support for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As part of our suicide prevention initiatives, you will also work closely with clients in crisis, providing immediate support and guiding them toward appropriate resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• You must be fully licensed to practice independently as a:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted, and applicants should have no disciplinary actions on their record.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to build rapport with clients effectively.

• A strong ability to make informed professional evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans is crucial.

• Proficiency in using technology for teletherapy and electronic record-keeping is required.
