Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including diagnostic assessments using tools such as Gains and Locus.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments, outlining the therapeutic approach and expected outcomes.

• Engage in crisis planning and create clinical summaries to effectively monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive integrated care, referring them for further assessments when necessary.

• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of client interactions, treatments, and progress notes utilizing established electronic health record systems.

• Provide support and guidance during difficult situations, leveraging your expertise to address issues related to substance use and mental health disorders.

• Cultivate respectful and effective communication with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring each individual is treated with dignity and equity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Valid licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite for this position.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, depending on your experience and the complexity of your caseload.
