Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in initial consultations with clients to evaluate their mental health status and establish rapport.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and culturally responsive methodologies.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Regularly monitor client progress, modifying treatment strategies as required to ensure effective care.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers when necessary, fostering a comprehensive care network.

• Document all clinical notes and maintain accurate records in our EHR system to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in team meetings and case reviews, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges such as substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to connect with individuals from different backgrounds and understand their unique life experiences will significantly impact their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic interventions, and ethical practice.

• Proven ability to deliver culturally competent care and engage clients in a meaningful way.
\n
• Strong crisis intervention abilities and a calm demeanor in potentially high-stress situations.

• Exceptional communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth is preferred, with familiarity in utilizing technology platforms for therapy sessions.

• Competence in group therapy facilitation and experience in creating supportive group dynamics.

• Skills in community resource navigation, assisting clients in addressing social determinants of health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
