Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and supportive individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a confidential and safe space for clients.

• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments to effectively address clients' mental health challenges.

• Assist clients in gaining deeper insights into their emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships, fostering personal growth.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, equipping clients with healthy coping mechanisms and strategies for success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults, addressing a wide range of mental health needs. Our focus is on empowering clients to improve their quality of life through skill-building and effective treatments that resonate with their personal experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A fully licensed therapist is necessary, with one of the following credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in providing innovative counseling techniques, especially in virtual settings, is advantageous. Candidates who are adept at using electronic health record systems will find this role particularly rewarding, as minimal administrative paperwork allows for a focus on clinical work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 – 104,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we offer:
