Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individualized assessments to set personalized treatment goals for clients.

• Providing evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform.

• Designing, implementing, and regularly reviewing treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and placement agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Documenting all client interactions, including session notes and treatment updates, in a timely manner.

• Maintaining an active caseload, ensuring clients receive consistent support and guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage clients and document treatment.

• Ability to build rapport with clients, fostering trust and openness.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services, comfortable with digital communication platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to salary, you will receive:
