Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily tasks as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the clinical care for patients, ensuring each individual receives tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Conducting both individual and group therapy sessions based on comprehensive assessments, and meticulously documenting treatment progress in clear logs.
\n
• Administering to a diverse caseload with varying psychological needs, showcasing adaptability in your counseling approach.

• Utilizing advanced assessment techniques to evaluate patients and their families, facilitating effective treatment collaboration and resolution planning.

• Exhibiting high proficiency in clinical skills to manage crisis situations and formulate appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Creating personalized counseling services, including individual, conjoint, or family sessions, and making referrals to specialized professionals to ensure holistic care.

• Assessing the psychological needs of both patients and healthcare providers to establish effective action plans within the primary care unit.

• Conducting follow-up evaluations to track patient progress over time, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse and challenging patient population. You will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals spanning various demographics, including adults, children, and families. This requires an understanding of different psychological disorders and the ability to tailor therapeutic interventions that resonate with individual backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D).

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth services and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous. Candidates who have developed and implemented evidence-based therapeutic practices will also stand out.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:

• A flexible work schedule allowing you to choose your hours, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

• Additional bonuses of up to $2,000 based on state licensure.
