Work Environment\n

This role primarily operates in a remote setting, allowing flexibility in work arrangements while still maintaining the collaborative spirit of our organization. While the core working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional requirements for evening or weekend hours on a rotating schedule to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual circumstances, objectives, and preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, regularly reviewing and modifying treatment plans as needed to enhance outcomes.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated holistic care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all patients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continually enhance your therapeutic approach.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, evaluations, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, specifically in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Thorough expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong foundational knowledge in psychopharmacology to support integrated treatment approaches.
