Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to determine the needs and challenges of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, adapting therapeutic modalities based on client preferences and needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups focusing on common mental health issues, encouraging community support and peer interaction.

• Collaborate with other health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—within our multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients facing mental health emergencies, employing rapid assessment techniques to stabilize the situation.

• Educate clients about mental health disorders and treatment options, promoting understanding and engagement in their treatment journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

• Expertise in mental health disorders and a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create effective, customized treatment strategies for clients.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to diverse populations is highly desirable.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong ethical judgment and the ability to maintain professional boundaries in client interactions.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
