This role allows you to work from home, providing a comfortable and convenient setting to conduct sessions via telehealth platforms. While you will primarily serve clients remotely, you will also have access to our outpatient office facilities whenever necessary for in-person consultations or team meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interviews with clients to evaluate their mental health status and establish therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, considering their backgrounds and personal circumstances.

• Provide regular individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and culturally responsive methodologies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed, ensuring consistent communication and support.

• Foster a supportive environment for clients to discuss their challenges openly, offering guidance and coping strategies throughout the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care and facilitate referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health conditions. This may include individuals dealing with significant life stressors, substance use disorders, mood disorders, and other psychological issues. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds and demonstrate cultural competence will be crucial in building trust and effectively addressing their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a depth of knowledge regarding various treatment approaches and mental health disorders.

• Strong abilities in crisis intervention and conflict resolution, with a capacity to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which foster effective relationships with clients and team members alike.
