Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional states, utilizing evidence-based practices for a thorough understanding of their needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans for clients that reflect their unique goals and challenges, ensuring they align with best practices in therapy.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focused on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more, using effective modalities tailored to client preferences.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering relationship growth.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, progress notes, and evolving needs.

• Document all client interactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to align on holistic strategies for client support, making sure clients receive comprehensive care.

• Respond effectively to crises and provide intervention support for clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and strategies.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health, engaging in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.

• Demonstrated experience in providing effective individual and couples therapy with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is also necessary.

Preferred Experience\n
