Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, establishing baseline data to inform treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs, including techniques suitable for varying age groups and cultural backgrounds.

• Offer clinical consultation and guidance to staff members on mental health issues, thereby enhancing team knowledge and patient care strategies.

• Facilitate treatment planning and interprofessional decision-making regarding individual care plans, particularly as they relate to clients' home environments and support systems.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of progress notes and documentation post-session using our electronic health record systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings for case reviews and to share insights regarding patient progress and emerging treatment practices.

• Stay current with emerging trends in mental health treatment, integrating new knowledge into practice continuously.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including geriatric clients and individuals grappling with substance use disorders. You will be essential in understanding the complexities of mental health issues that arise in these groups, allowing you to tailor interventions that respect their unique life experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.

• Possession of independent licensure as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Proficiency in completing progress notes efficiently post-client sessions, ensuring comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
