Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as per our structured program schedule, focusing on therapeutic techniques that empower clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment and discharge plans for your assigned client caseload, ensuring care is client-centered and goal-oriented.

• Coordinate with various treatment services, including group therapy, family involvement, and community resources to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain regular contact with family members and referral sources to ensure a cohesive treatment approach and to foster support systems for clients.

• Engage in Quality Improvement task groups to assess and improve the effectiveness of our treatment methodologies and administrative processes.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all client records, adhering to licensing standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of diverse individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
