Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's objectives and requirements, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic techniques.

• Provide engaging one-on-one therapy sessions via teletherapy, ensuring a consistent and supportive therapeutic environment for adults facing various mental health challenges.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, offering immediate support and strategies to help clients cope with urgent mental health concerns.

• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities to remain updated on the latest mental health practices and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Understanding each client's unique experiences and fostering a safe space for open dialogue is essential to the therapeutic process. Your role will directly impact your clients' lives by facilitating their journey toward improved mental wellbeing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and establish a rapport with clients effectively.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach combined with a strong commitment to ethical practices in mental health care.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage client caseloads efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensing boards.

• Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms, especially in a fully remote context.
