Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is a prerequisite.

• Possession of active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent is required to practice.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling to diverse populations is essential.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• A proven ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team environment is crucial.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy and remote service delivery, particularly within a community health context.
