Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct video sessions to provide evidence-based therapy, ensuring that each client receives individualized care tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists to implement holistic treatment plans.

• Utilize outcome-based assessments to evaluate client progress, allowing for timely adjustments to treatment strategies that promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health treatment and integrate feedback into your therapeutic approach.

• Document therapy sessions and client interactions accurately and securely using our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Given the diversity of our clientele, sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic factors is essential in creating a supportive environment where clients feel safe and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW).

• An active, independent license to practice therapy in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
